Note:

1. Undergraduate students and No. 01~15 of postgraduate students will be provided with round trip ticket Kathmandu-Beijing and will be received at the Beijing International Airport upon their arrival. Students who have to make a stopover in Beijing will be provided free transfer service (between August 28 and September 18 only). The tickets will be handed over to the students at the Embassy a week before departure. Please dial 415383 (09:00-12:00, 15:00-17:00) for information.

2. The Admission Notice and JW201 Visa Application Form will be available soon at the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu. A special notice will be made in this web site.

3. The students should bring the Admission Notice, JW201 Visa Application Form, Foreigner Physical Examination Form and valid ordinary passport to apply for F visa at the Visa Section of the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu.

4. All the students are requested to bring their passport, Admission Notice, the original copy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form and the Blood Test Report to China in order to apply for residence permit.
